Sir,

a. Project Management Consultant to the contractor on Road-cum-bridge project at New Panvel. Completion of the project before its scheduled time facilitated startup of CST-Panvel Rail services. Documentation as per ISO 9002 (1998)

ii. HVAC related system & water proofing using specialty chemicals like silicones, PU

For five (5) Railway Station-cum-Complexes in Navi Mumbai through a team of reputed Architects & Consultants.

c. Worked on a project for improving ‘Solar based hot water generation(plate type)’ for a textile mill in Central Mumbai. Also developed focusing type solar lens for hot water generation. (1997)

d. Project-Coordinator to a three star hotel project at Mahabaleshwar, a famous hill station in Maharashtra. The Scope included installation & commissioning of civil & interior works, water & power supply, various electromechanical services like AC, DG sets, HT power supply, landscaping etc, which led to Soft Opening of the Hotel. (1997)

e. Consultant to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai Suburb for EMI/EMC tests of Spike Busters for Computers. Also witnessed ERTL TESTS as per IEC 801. (1997)
